The Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) regulates South Africa’s construction sector through a grading system that ensures contractors meet strict operational and compliance standards. Grades range from 1 to 9, with Grade 9 being the highest. Each grade reflects the size, scope, and complexity of work a contractor is approved to perform. 

With a Grade 7 rating, Katlantic is eligible to tender for major public sector projects within our class of works. This confirms that we meet the financial, administrative, and technical requirements expected by leading industry bodies.
